Finance Flow Conference Belgium 2026

On 20 October 2026, the Finance Flow Conference Belgium will bring together finance professionals from across the country in Antwerp.

Finance Flow Conference is the next chapter of the former E-Invoicing Conference Belgium. While e-invoicing laid the foundation, the focus now shifts to the next question: how can finance organisations build on that foundation to become smarter, more efficient and more strategic?

From e-reporting, automation and AI to data quality, finance transformation and the skills finance professionals will need tomorrow, the conference explores the developments that are shaping the next phase of finance.

E-invoicing is only the beginning

For many Belgian organisations, e-invoicing is no longer a future challenge.

Indeed, the Belgian B2B e-invoicing mandate entered into force on 1 January 2026, introducing new requirements for almost all domestic transactions between Belgian VAT-registered businesses:

  • Structured e-invoicing is mandatory, replacing traditional PDF and paper invoices.
  • Document exchange relies on the Peppol network for sending and receiving compliant electronic invoices

Now, the attention is increasingly shifting towards what comes next.

How do you turn reliable invoice data into better decision-making? How do you prepare for e-reporting and new compliance requirements? Where can AI and automation genuinely create value? And how do you prevent further digitalisation from still resulting in manual checks, exceptions and inefficient processes?

Finance Flow Conference Belgium brings these questions together in one day of keynotes, practical cases, breakout sessions and interactive Finance Cafés.

A new element of Finance Flow Conference Belgium is the introduction of the Finance Cafés.

These 50-minute interactive roundtables give attendees the opportunity to discuss practical challenges directly with experts and peers.

During sessions including the Peppol Café and Legal Café, participants can bring their own questions, compare experiences and explore practical issues that finance organisations are dealing with today.

Meet the Belgian finance community

Finance Flow Conference is also an opportunity to benchmark your approach with peers.

Finance professionals from organisations including National Bank of Belgium, ING Bank, Randstad Group, Atlas Copco, Colruyt Group, Euroclear, SWIFT, Sweco Belgium and FPS Mobility and Transport have already secured their place.

Whether your organisation is working on e-invoicing, preparing for e-reporting, improving data quality or exploring the next opportunities for automation and AI, the conference provides a place to exchange experiences and learn from organisations facing similar challenges.
