France mandates e-invoicing by 2027. Learn how to stay compliant and turn regulation into opportunity in Indicom’s June 26 webinar.

France is set to roll out one of the most significant digital invoicing mandates in Europe. Starting in 2026, e-invoicing will become mandatory for large and medium-sized businesses, with smaller firms following in 2027. The new system requires all invoices to be processed through certified platforms known as Plateformes de Dématérialisation Partenaires (PDPs), effectively ending the use of non-certified operators or direct access to the Public Invoicing Portal (PPF).

New versions of the technical specifications, released in June 2025, add urgency for companies operating in France to get ready. The shift is complex, and businesses that delay risk operational disruption, compliance penalties, and lost competitive ground.

But this isn’t just a regulatory hurdle—it’s an opportunity. Businesses that act early can modernize their finance operations, automate invoice processing, and gain real-time visibility into cash flow. Choosing the right PDP will be key to ensuring smooth operations and long-term efficiency.

To support this transition, Indicom Document Care is hosting a free webinar on June 26. The event will offer actionable guidance on PDP selection, compliance timelines, and avoiding technical pitfalls. Sessions will be available in both French and Italian.
