E-Rechnungs-Gipfel Berlin – June 23-25, 2025

After the successful 2025 editions of the E-invoicing Exchange Summit in Dubai and Miami, it’s now time for the German edition in Berlin.

The E-Invoicing Exchange Summit is a prime opportunity to explore the latest trends and innovations in the e-invoicing world while connecting with global experts, service providers and key stakeholders. Check out the official reviews of the recent events in Dubai (February) and Miami (March).

In contrast, the E-Rechnungs-Gipfel serves as a more localized edition of the Exchange Summit. Held in German, it focuses more on Germany’s e-invoicing landscape, but not only. With six months since the first phase of the German B2B e-invoicing mandate took effect, this event provides a valuable moment to assess its impact on businesses and prepare for the upcoming, more significant phases in 2027 and 2028.

Here are the agenda highlights of the E-Rechnungs-Gipfel 2025:

  • Initial practical experiences with the German mandatory e-invoicing starting January 1, 2025
  • Latest developments in e-invoicing in Germany and across Europe
  • Implementation strategies in the context of a national reporting system and ViDA
  • E-invoicing as a key to optimizing business processes

The full agenda is available on the event website.

The Invoicing Hub will be present at the event, where co-founder Michael Walther will speak at the introductory workshop on e-invoicing basics on June 23, alongside Richard Luthardt (VeR) and Quirin Jackl (Erlangen-Nürnberg University).
