The 2025 Vienna Exchange Summit will explore the latest hot topics in e-invoicing, such as CTC, tax compliance, and global interoperability.

As in previous years, the E-invoicing Exchange Summit continues its journey around the globe. The 2025 European edition will be held in Vienna, Austria, following the 2024 event in Prague. Between those two editions, additional events took place in Kuala Lumpur, Dubai, Miami, and Berlin throughout the year.

The renowned e-invoicing event aims to focus on regulatory evolution and digital readiness, and will explore the latest developments in e-invoicing, Continuous Transaction Controls (CTC), tax compliance, and cross-border interoperability.

The highly anticipated three-day conference will offer a unique opportunity to connect with and learn from leading e-invoicing experts, at a time of major activity across Europe. Recent developments include the recently adopted ViDA directive, the revision of EN 16931, and the wave of e-invoicing mandates announced in several EU countries, including Belgium, France, Germany, and Poland.

Event agenda

The pre-conference day on September 22 will feature workshops by GENA Academy, Politecnico di Milano, and OpenPeppol, covering e-invoicing basics, global policy trends, and the latest interoperability insights.

The main event will then take place on September 23 and 24, and will include:

  • Keynotes and Expert Panels: covering topics such as the EU’s ViDA initiative, real-time reporting mandates, and the role of compliance in driving innovation.
  • Case Studies: Practical insights from companies and public sector bodies implementing e-invoicing and CTC solutions across Europe and beyond.
  • Interactive Roundtables with engaging discussions
