The final Exchange Summit of 2025 will be held in Singapore, focusing on e-invoicing and e-reporting developments across the APAC region.

After last year’s edition in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the event returns to Singapore, which also hosted the 2022 and 2023 editions. The Asia-Pacific region is increasingly establishing itself as one of the world’s most dynamic hubs for e-invoicing innovation, with many countries advancing their own mandates. The Exchange Summit continues to be a central forum for exploring, discussing, and sharing insights on these developments.

The Singapore event will be the final Exchange Summit of 2025, following the Vienna edition held at the end of September. The Invoicing Hub attended the Vienna event: read our full review to discover the key takeaways.

Building on Kuala Lumpur last year’s success, where over 160 experts from 25+ countries gathered, this new APAC edition will feature:

  • Presentations covering topics such as cross-border interoperability, Peppol developments, real-time reporting mandates, and the role of compliance in driving innovation.
  • High level panel discussions exploring how to drive digitization across APAC
  • Interactive roundtables enabling in-depth, peer-to-peer discussions on emerging challenges and practical solutions
  • Actionable guidance, real-world examples and strategies to leverage opportunities across APAC and globally
  • Exclusive networking opportunities
